TO WHOMSOVER IT MAY CONCERN
I purchased a FLAT at Mira ROad : RNA NG Paradise (Building No 5, Flat No. 503).
Since the purchase of the flat i have been having numerous problems and the staff at RNA NG has misguided me to various extents.
First i was refered a person called Mr Shivaji for my Loan Approval from HDFC. Since RNA had suggested the person i went ahead and blindly trusted them. The HDFC person kept swivelling me for almost 2 months and hence my loan arrangement period lapsed. Still somehow i managed to get a quick loan done from IDBI which took me about 3 weeks more.
WHen the loan was delayed RNA started demanding late fees in the form of Rs 1.5 lac stating that the property value had increased and since i was late i had to pay the difference (which was simply obnoxious)
Anyhow i went to their office personally and sorted the thing out post which they decided to sell the flat against the promised loan. Now i sorted everything and made all the payments
When i am now asking for my possession letter they have gain started rambling that they need 22000/- which the interest for the delayed period. I have tried several times to explain that the delay was caused by them and i had no fault of my own.
The problem is that the entire staff at RNA is ladies and they are extremely rude. They say you have to come personally and meet NG and when i decide to go they say NG has left or is busy... I need my possession letter asap.
Please Help
Regards,
Vineet Yadav

Rebecca Samervel, TNN Jul 18, 2011, 12.46am ISTMUMBAI: The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ordered city-based RNA Builders (NG) to pay Rs 1 lakh fine for filing a 'frivolous' petition against two flat buyers who had purchased houses in its project, but never received possession. While Rs 25, 000 is to be given to each of the two buyers, Kalikant Mishra and Sujit Mishra, the rest will be deposited in the name of Consumer Legal Aid Account. The builders have also been ordered to give possession of the flats to the complainants after receiving the outstanding amount.
The commission stated that such unscrupulous act on the part of the builder who, after "grabbing the money from the purchasers enjoyed and utilized it but did not hand over the flats, should be dealt with heavy hands". "The builder has made the flat buyers run from one forum to another during the last four years so that they don't have a roof over their heads and he can go on enjoying their money without any hindrance, " the commission said.
