I got Hony Rank on occasion of Republic Day 2010 bide Part II Order No-1/0119/0270/2010 dt[protected] & also publised ACP Part II Order bide 1/1311/0131/2009 dated[protected] till date no corrigendum PPO recieved from EME Records you are requested to intimate the present position at the earliest please.

I am JC-755030K Ex Sub/Clk(SD) Shri Bhagwan retired wef 01 Jan 2011. My FSA final queries are still unattended at NE Cell of PAO(OR) EME. Lot of correspondence have already taken place. A period of more than 9 months is over but no output as yet. Copies of Pt II Orders reqd by PAO (OR) EME also fwd by my previous unit ie, 608 EME Bn. I JC-757300M Sub (Retd) Paranthaman G retired from Army Service on 31 Mar 2011 (A/N) on medical ground. After serving in the Corps I was given only 18 days time to close my pensionary documents for which I faced many problems, even though being a Clk I managed and submitted my docu within 15 days. I was placed in LMC in the 28th year of my service by med auth before that I was placed in SHAPE-I. Since my retirement no any intimation regarding grant of LMC pension, At the time of discharge drill I was submitted my final query regarding non adjustment of CEA in my respect. I no 14603976H Nk/ Inst.Mech.Shankarlal retired from corps on 28Feb2009 after 22 years colour service . But I am not getting the pension of A C P Hav. although the payment of A C P Hav was given in my quarterly statement for the month of 11/08, 02/09

I am a Ex Hav 14584566P Anjan Bose retired from Army Corps of EME on 31 Jul 2011. Though I was eligible for ACP my ACP payment including revised pension and arrears of pay has not been adjested so far. .But on the other hand retired people contemporary to me have already received the same . Most of other Corps people have already been received Pension as well as arrears of Pay.

In view of the above, you are requested to issue necessary instruction to RO EME/PAO (ORS) EME to issue the revised pension and arrears of pay immediately to avoid infructuous correspondence both ends.

I am a Ex Hav 14584566P Anjan Bose retired from Army Corps of EME on 31 Jul 2011. My Luggage claim amounting to Rs 30264/- (Rupees thirty thousand two hundred sixty four only) was passed by CDA (Fys) Kolkata vide their letter No Rly/Cl/III/1462/08 dt 20 Jan 2012. But the amount has not been credited in my Bank Account so far.
In view of the above, you are requested to issue necessary instruction to RO EME/PAO (ORS) EME to credit the amount in my Bank A/c No [protected], MCEME Secunderabad immediately to avoid infructuous correspondence both ends.

1I No 14604172A ACP Nb Sub Desh Raj had claim out living CILQ (Rented house) wef 03 Mar 2011 to 31 Dec 2011. Rate of single CILQ wef 01 Jul 2011 has been adjusted. CILQ for the period from 03 Mar 2011 to 30 Jun 2011 (Initial claim) has not been adjusted after repeated reminders/requests through LIAISON CELL of EME Records. Arriers of CILQ as ACP NB Sub wef 03 Mar 2011 to 31 Dec 2011 is also required. 2. CEA for class 10. the claim was fwd to PAO(EME) for Rs 15000/- as per 6th CPC but the PAO has only Rs 11000/- adjusted. Request clarify and adjust the balance amount at the earliest. 3. Luggage claim was adjusted by PAO EME Rs 24059/- arrer for the same as ACP Nb Sub is also needs to adjust.
