Dear sir,
Since 12th of October, 2010, we are chasing and talking with Mr. Agrawal on his phone no. [protected] and [protected] for shifting of our 12 ltr. RO machine of the Zero B plant from 32/133 Civil Lines, Mathura to 179, Vishwalaxmi Nagar, Goverdhan Chauraha, Mathura. He told us that for this you have to pay Rs. 275/- for this work after the installation at Vishwalaxmi Nagar.
Today itself I have talked with him for shifting many times, firstly, he told me that he is coming at 10'o clock, then I asked him again at 11:00 AM, he told me that I am coming to 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, then 3:00 PM lastly he assured me at 4:45PM that he will reach at 5:00 PM. now, he is not picking up the phone.
we request you to kindly instruct someone to complete the job and advise us how much we have to pay.
