Rocky Agencies /Mobile Phone — Still i am not getting my handset
sir.Madam,We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the Nokia 6080 set which is infested with certain technical problems. One important thing is Nokia care site was updated the moblie is ready to collect . But Still i am not getting my handset

am very much annoyed of your authorised NOKIA CARE namely : ROCKY ACENCIES; new no.32 ; Old no. 10 ; Thiru-vi-ka Road; Opp Sathyam Theatre; Royapettah Chennai-14.
I gave my hand set for repairing the JOB Sheet no. is[protected] dated 26/08/2008 at 11:05 hrs.
Problem : In the screen one massage was coming re-entry automatic settings are working calls disconnected".
The service centre told me that this is the electronic instrument and its happen and they cannot able to solve the problem till now
also I purchased the cell from wave tell chrompet, and given the service for 4 time then came to nokia care royapettah there also tried for two times either they solve the issue or they have to re-place the hand set they are not done the both.
Now they are telling the board has some problem. they are simply making the customer fool. During my presence on 26th Aug'08 in the service centre i saw so many complaint customers are showing their anguish. Now, only i am realizing why were they shouting and showing their anguish.
I think its not a service centre its just A EXPERIMENT LAB where they get the handset of customer and do experiment.
I would like to know in what basis you select your NOKIA AUTHORISED CENTRE.
Its just a eye wash.
Its a fraud you are doing with the customer. I am not going to stop the matter here itself. All possible effort i will take to teach them the lesson.

I am complain about the 6233. They provide the customer care number[protected]. I try to reach many times but not even a single times they pick the phone. I am frustrated and also for the past week I am not able to get my Phone.

When the phone was given, the white light was coming up and fter that it was struck. After dilly and dallying for nearly 5 days, they seemed to have experimented with the phone. They returned the phone saying sime liquid logging and PWB problem. They are the ones who tampered the phone and make it non-repairable. They seemed te be inefficient lot. when one visit them, you can see their unprofessional approach and attitude. I am surprised to note that Noika could have entrusted this key service centre job such a NOVICE like Rocky Agencies. HCL Infosystem was doing a professional job. Can anyone come to my help and rescue to ensure that my 13, 000/- investment DOES NOT go waste? Is Nokia customer care Center send me a suitable response? I am hoping. Thanks

Nokia N 70 — No use getting repaired from nokia care itself-useless
I had repired my nokia N-70 from nokia care vashi navimumbai but i had to return it next day for repair itself as it had the same problem of display going blank.This happened 3 times when i had to return the Phone the next day after repair itself .Now also after using the phone for 7/8 days itself the display has gone blank again.When i went there they said the warranty period is over .I would like to ask Nokia Care higher official to look into this and let me know why as (i had paid RS 1450/- )the phone was with your care center most of time .Even after changing the IC and Liquid from your center only it is waste of money for me.Instead i should have given for repair at any other mobile repair center than yours as they would have repaired without any remuneration in a very short time and with 3 times of returning like i had given at your place.I feel i was cheated and your care center is useless.Thanking You,
