i would like to inform you that ROHAN INDIA GAS SERVICES provide very pathetic services to us.
CASE DESCRIPTION:i am rounding continously 3 days at village kalchina to get the Cylinder but i am not getting.i am from jalalabad we are facing the same issue last 2 or 3 months.
Problem:(mai 5:30 am kalchina pahuch jata hu 8 am tak line mai khade rehna padta hai but uske baad bhi jab cylinder ke gaadi aati hai to pehle wo tractor or tempo bharkar bhej dete hai uske baad vaha bus 50 to 60 cylinder bachte hai aur wo bhi unko diye jaate hai jo jaanpehchan k hote hai jab booking k liye phone karte hai to bola jaat hai k office aakar book karao phon se nahi hoga aur gaadi aanek baad bhi bola jaata hai k 11 baje k baad cylinder milega.
and mostly cylinder they are selling in BLACK.
Please look into the matter and we want the home delivery.
