Roop Gas Service — Refilled Gas Cylinders not delivered timely

My Consumer No. is 21644. I have been booking for a refilled cylinder from last three months, but they never pick up the phone or its always busy No.[protected], 22611839. I have personnally visited their shop and mentioned about this besides that they havent given any cylinder. In August the vendor boy of their agency gave me the cylinder without my bill as we were needy we took the cylinder from him in Rs.300/-. I have two cylinders. By the time my second cylinder was also empty. I have been trying their tel.no's since then but None of the no's were free. I personnely went to the agency on 5th Oct.2007 and booked for the cylinder but till date they have'nt sent. Yesterday my second cylinder also got emptied unwillingly we had to buy a Bharat Gas cylinder that too in black in Rs.450/- by exchanging my Indane Gas Cylinder which has been a great loss to us. I was left with no option. Amasingly their were atleast around 25-30 cycle vendors on Sunday who were easily distributing Gas cylinders in Rs.450/- to 500/-. Kindly check this black marketing. And see to this that cylinders are delivered in time.
