Dear Sir,
I am Indane Gas LPG Customer. My Consumer Number is D0051767. I booked for refil of cylinder on 14 Nov 07 over the phone and I was told that the cylinder would be delievered within 14 days. Till today I have not got the delievery of refil. What is worst is the arrogant behaviour and rude way of talking with the customers by the lady employees of this company. On 01 Dec 07 when my mother made an enquiry with the company, the lady emloyee was very very rude to her and literally shouted on the phone. Sir, the treatment meted to my mother was very hurting. I think that the emloyee need to more polite in their dealing with the customers.
May I request you to kindly intimate the alternate Gas Agency in Adambakkam where we could transfer our Gas Connection.
