[Resolved] Rose Valley Chain Marketing System — Is this company authorized by the RBI

Is this company authirized by the RBI, as it is collecting money as RD & FD. Rose Valley chain marketing system is a corporate agent of LIC of India but they collect money as RD & FD and the fund is used in their own businesses. My question's are : 1. If the company fails, who will be responsible to pay my maturity amount..?? 2. What is the present rating of the company..?? 3. How much safe am i in the company as an investor..??
