Royal Inidan Raj sales for RGVIllas began in 2005.
The following was sent via email by Manoj Benjamin- Subject: VICTORY GOVERNORS APPROVAL OF BOTH RIRIC PROJECTS IN BANGALORE today - Date: Tue, 1 Apr 2008 11:42:26 -0600
I am delighted to inform you all that RIRIC has received the State Governors Approval by way of a Government Letter for the the following permissions to be issued immediately; 17 acre site and surrounding 200 acres. 1200 acre site in Nandi Hills.

Then I was sent this a year ago:
"We have the written Govt permissions on the test site after the 6 Year Govt re-zoning delay"

Now Ravi Benjamin has recently made the following post :
"The permit for the development are almost in. So let's hope for a late 2012 construction start. We can finally deliver what has been promised to our valued customers".

Can anyone tell me what is actually going on here? Also, can anyone confirm that Collins Benjamin recently spent 6 months in jail? --- Thank You
