Regional Passport Ofiice Hyderabad — Passport Still Awaiting

I had applied for fresh passport on March 3, 2011 with a file
reference number HYDH006531. The police Verification was done on April
20, 2011 and the documents were passed to the RPO by the police
officer. The RPO website still shows that the Police report has not
yet been recieved. I request RPO to follow up regarding this concern
and delivery my passport as soon as possible.

I had applied for fresh passport on March 3, 2011 with a file reference number HYD[protected]. The police Verification was done on April 20, 2011 and the documents were passed to the RPO. The RPO website shows that its a regret that they were not able to send the passport on 16th June which was the date on which my passport should have
dispatched. They say they'l dispatch it in a weeks time but a month is over and there is no clue where my passport is. I request RPO to follow up regarding this concern and delivery my passport as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I Have submitted Explanation for NON RECEIPT OF PREVIOUS PASSPORT applied in 1998 on 27.07.211 at Enquery Counter of Regional Passport Office, Secunderabad. The Explanation verified with system and accepted the same. The Main Reason is the Old Passport was not Received to me and i dont have any passport presently. Please update the Status of Passport.

Please issue the Passport at the earliest.
