RT Outsourcing — They are just doing mockery with the customers

I am really surprised i am in kolkata. I heard frauds move here and there in kolkata but they have organised a company named RT Outsourcing (2 Ripon Street) that i never thaught of. The story started in June 2009. From my childhood days my family had been a Brand-Sony fan, so was i. About a year ago i bought a K790i. Suddenly in June 2009 it got switched off automatically and was unable to turn it on. So i went RT Outsourcing. They received the phone on 11th June (Complaint Id-SEO[protected]). After 7 days i got the phone back and they charged me INR 2288/- for LCD and system Connector. In few days i went outstation. There i found out the flash for the cell is not working although it was ok when i submitted the phone. I contacted them but they just avoided me. As i am working hence its not possible to run after the phone only and i left it. Suddenly about 10 days back my cell again got switched off automatically and very next day i ran to RT Outsourcing. they again took the cell and told me it would take few days. I made them very clear that i am in problem without the phone as i dont have the 2nd one. Every day i used to call them and they are used to reply 'it's in process and will take 7 days after you get the confirmation call'. After 10 odd days they called me up with the estimation which i approved over phone. Then they told me it will take 10-15 more days and that just blew my head. I replied to the respective person immediately that its urgent and they must not take so much time. So next day i got call from them again and they told me "apka mobile thik nahin ho sakta. aap mobile leke jao". Now when i took the phone then in receive paper i found out they have mentioned the fault as Customer Abuse. I asked them and they just laughed on my face. I just can't beleive who on the earth has given them so much power to harash the client. For same problem if they are saying the solution cant be done then either first time they just didint do anything and charged me vague or else they are telling lie this time. Only difference i can make out is when i submitted the phone it was taking charge but now it's really silent. I know nobody is going to take actions against these criminals. Still writing so that some persons do not get harash or cheated by RT Outsourcing in future.

I think so you might be knowing now with which name they are working there.. if not then they might have changed name to Intarvo Technologies Ltd.
