Motor Vehicle — Registration book not given by Dealer

I have bought New motorcycle from Unique motors Kandivali east Mumbai in August 2008.I have paid all amount through cheque.Owner name of that subdealer is Ramashanker.It is now more than 8 months and he has not given me the registration book(Smart card).When I bought bike, I was in Mumbai. Now I have been transferred to pune.When I call him he tells that wait for some time and now he doesnot pick the phone also.
I Request you to help me in this regards.I shall be thankful to you for this work

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a TATA INDIKA(used car ) from mark vision, kolkata, on november 20 and money for registration was submitted in RTO, Alipore -cash memo no.-DS1570645 for registration of my car-WB-02R-1894
Its been eight month and I have not received my blue book/smart card till date.The registration was done for us from Mark vision, Dhirendr nath bose road. On repeated queries we are being told that it will be done but no information till date. I am a business man and if I face any problem on road how will I manage withot a smart card document.Please take needed action against Mark vision or RTO for rapid action.

Dear Sir,

I Had Purchased a 4-WHEELER by taking loan from a nationalized bank. On payment of Bank's loan I have applied to RTO/Alipore with Bank's NOC, blue book in original and requisite form on 24.7.2012 for removal of hypothecation from the blue book/Smart card a. Cash Memo No A1686775 dated 24.7.2012 and correspondence No DS 1686775. Thef RC Card printed on 14.8.2012 at 12.35 PM Vide Receipt No A 0334118 but till date I have not received my blue book/smart card. for which I am facing trouble on road.
PLESE HELP ME ...

Not getting smart card

I also have the same problem with the Alipore RTO as the money is deposited 3 months back but still I have not received the smart card. I checked with the "vahan.nic.in" site and confirmed that the ownership is changed to my address but I didn't received the plastic card. On asking Mark Vision, the car dealer they told me that the smart card will be couriered to us directly by the RTO. SO I am crossing my fingers to receive the card. My car number is WB-20U-4321

Dear Sir,
I Alpana Banerjee here I informed you that my previous car (Taxi)) WB 19A 7236 I have
already received a new Taxi for replace system according to your rules & regulation.
I already received new Temporary Registration No WB 19 T J 8923.

Here I also informed you that my offer letter period will be end 15th jan 2014.

I have already visit 10/01/14 & 13/01/14 try to submit all document for permanent registration
with Certificate of Fitness. But due to official Problem unable to received my papers.
