[Resolved]  RTO office Marthandam — Registration Certificate Missing

Dear Sir,

I have given a RC for ownership change (Dated: 01/10/2009 -- R NO: 32916/B3) normally it takes maximum 3 or 4 days to finish, today is 12th November and still they didn't finish. Made several inquiries by phone and direct visit, always the concern staff saying its misplaced some where and I am keep searching it, I will let you know once I found. At the same time she is saying the entry is here in the register and the system but the RC is lost. I don't know what to do in this case. So please take necessary action on this matter.
