[Resolved]  Ruby Tuesday Restaurant,Church Street ,Bangalore — Overcharging on the name of Taxes

I would like to complain against Ruby tuesday Restraunt,church Street,Bangalore.
today me and my friend went to the restraunt for lunch. We had normal quantity of food.
When we recieved the bill we were shocked to see how rediculuosly they had charged us.
1) The had placed a mineral water each dining table. They served us that water without asking whether we need normal water or mineral one.
THAT WATER BOTTLE WHICH COST IN MARKET Rs 15 WAS CHARGED Rs 100 IN THE BILL.
2) The sun total of the food we had in bill was Rs 1000 but after addition of taxes it was Rs 1500 approx.
Its really rediculous that we were asked to pay 50% tax.
the distribution of tax was:
VAT + Service Tax + Service charge + VAT on Service charge.
when asked about this they said that all this tax goes to government.
After asking the manager to come to us the waiter came up with bill giving us discount of Rs 200.

Now i want to ask that which Section of Govt rules for taxes states that restaurant can harass its customer by charging 50% tax on the bill where already food and water is over priced.
I need govt to take action against such practices by these restraunts specially in big cities like Bangalore
and some action to be taken against Ruby Tuesday,Church street Bangalore.
