Dear Sir,
We have fitted SG Control electrical switches in our home. Right from the begaining their switches are having problems. Company knows it very well thet their switches have problems and therefore they have done some modification in their new product. Company Q/C inspector have visited our home and found that most of their switches are faulty. Due to this our one colour TV, DVD Player also affected.
Company Given us a guarantee of 15 years in written which I am attaching herewith for your needful please. Apart from this I am attaching herewith the communication made them in that start so that the problem is right from the begaining.
Now when we are talking to company , they are not paying any attention at all.
Please help us in getting our problem resolved. Even during my last conversation with their GM. I requested him that we are ready to pay the cost difference if any due to change in your technology.
