Purchased one desktop computer from Saboo Computers Pvt. Ltd on 12/6/2010 and found defective on 15/7/10. Saboo computer asked me to bring the computer at their Rash Behari Avenue , kolkata, Office for checking.Their engineer chaecked the macine and found mother board defective.I requested them to replace the mother board but thay have denied to do so.They have received the machine and told me to make contact after 5to 6 days.Unfortunately they are now saying it will take another few days to rectify the fault of mother board.
I don't want to take repaired machine as it was under warranty period.
