Dear sir,
my gas cylinder was found to be leaking from today morning 31 jan12, and the same has been conveyed to Sabu gas agency Trivandrum. ([protected]). The agency has told the customer to bring the leaking cylinder to their office instead of sending a technician to my home for the defect rectification.
my wife and my two year old child was only available at home and the gas agency is expecting them to get the cylinder to their office.!!!!
In the case of emergency , the gas agency should sent their representative immediately to the concerned house for repair...
