[Resolved]  Safe Times Packers and Movers — Non-receipt of households from Packers while delivery

Dear Sir,

I (Manoj Kr Sharma) have hired Safe Times Packers and Movers to shift my house holds from Mumbai To Gurgaon. On 7thApril11 they have packed all my house holds in boxes (LR-11234 with 46 items) and same I have received in Gurgaon on 21stApril11 with some missing boxes and house holds. They have taken complete amount of Rs. 28730/- before giving me my house holds in Gurgaon.

Two boxes of serial number 32C and 43 are missing, and following items are missing from below boxes

sr. no.[protected]> Bajaj Celiling Fan missing
Sr. no.[protected]> Crompton celiling fan missing
Sr. no.[protected]> Electronic video game missing
Sr. no.[protected]> Johnsons hair oil 500ml missing, 5 soaps and Dr. Birandi of 750ml missing
Sr. no.[protected]> 2 bath mugs missing


Total house holds of Rs. 4000/- are missing from received delivery. Same was communicated to Safe times Packers and Movers. Now I have trying to reach from last three days to all there numbers but no one is responding. Even now they are not picking phones.

I am mentally harassed by Mr. Deepak Kaushik (Mumbai) and Mr. Ashok (Mumbai).

Please address this issue and help to get my above missing house holds and claim of additional Rs. 5000/- for mental harasment.
