Saffron Tech P Ltd. — Recharge Problem

Sir / Madam,

I am Mahender Kumar. I bought my net setter before one month but it does not work after one month.
Because second recharge is not activating at my Net setter no [protected]. No one recharge (599, 399 and other) is activating at my net setter.
I dont know whts problem.
Please understand my problem and try to solve my problem.
