Sahara Rajat Yojna — ALLOTMENT of flats or refund Payment

I had enrolled into your SAHARA RAJAT YOJANA (OPT -C)dtd. 1/12/2003 vide receipt no[protected], application no.[protected].
I haven't received any information regarding the same from SAHARA pariwar so far.
Request you to apprise us about the status and either allot us the flat or refund the payment given to you of Rs. 10, 000 along with the relevant interest till now.
