SAHARA RAJAT YOJNA — NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT MONEY

I HAVE DEPOSITED RS 10000/- IN SAHARA RAJAT YOJNA THROUGH RECIEPT NO[protected] ON 31/07/2003.AT THAT TIME THE AGENT MRS USHA PANT HAS ASSURED ME THAT I CAN WITHDRAW MY MONEY AFTER THREE YEARS.BUT AFTER COMPLETION OF 3 YEARS WHEN I ASKED HER FOR MY MONEY WITHDRAWAL.SHE HAS BEEN GIVING ME ONE OR THE OTHER REASON FOR NOT GIVING THE MONEY.AFTER SOME TIME IT BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO EVEN CONTACT HER.NOW SIX YEARS HAS PASSED & I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH THE INTEREST AMOUNT OF THE PERIOD FOR WHICH MONEY IS WITH THE COMPANY.I HOPE YOUR COMPANY WILL TAKE A SWIFT ACTION ON MY COMPLAIN AND INSTRUCT YOUR AGENTS NOT TO MISGUIDE PEOPLE FOR GETTING BUSSINESS THEIR SUCH ACTS CAUSE THE HARM TO THE IMAGE OF YOUR COMPANY.
HOPING A QUIK RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE.

Is it possible for sahara pariwar to take action against manager posted in your Dehra Dun office who is not careing of anybody complants.

6. Amount deposited Rs.1, 00, 000/- & Rs.1, 00, 000/-


I am 65 year old person and had booked flats with your esteemed organization in October 2004 that time I was assured by your representative that flats would be given to us is NCR with in year, but I have not heard anything on this since than. I was contacted by your co. representative in October 2009(after 5 years of booking) and they informed to me that Housing scheme is closed and I have to shift that amount to another group co. as a fixed deposit for ten year. And my application amount cannot be refunded with interest. I am shocked by this information, as a old person and due to ill health I am unable to continue deposit with Sahara India Commercial co. Ltd. I have already resubmitted & handed over passbook and relevant forms for refund to your representative of east delhi branch (Dishand Garden/ Preet Vihar Branch) about a month back & I was assured that refund will be made to me with in fifteen days but still amount refund cheque is not sent to me. I believe you will understand my plight and circumstance and refund my application money along with interest without further delay.

Fully agree with your comments.

It is not possible for them to shoot a hen which is giving them a lot of golden egg without investing any penny.

All investor would have invested in faith that Mr Roy is the friend of Abhitabh, Sh Amar singh and their money would not go in vain even having long non avaoidable patience.

I have also applied in the smae in yr 2004 and for dehradun for having flat over there.
