Such a worst service. Representatives from SAHARA - Ethender & Nagaraj came to our house in blr and gave the Quotation for Rs.6950 to move from Bangalore to coimbatore with 50% advance payment and 50% after delivery. Two days later the coolies and the driver came to our house and they glanced the house and went downstairs and were resting. Two hours delayed, after which I voluntarily called the guy Ethender who is the Director of Sahara Trans packers. He said that Rs.6950 is not enough and asked for Rs.1000 more. We had an argument and then I agreed to pay them. So the packing started and they started to load the goods.
The driver then started arguing that he needs Rs.2000 more which is Rs6950+1000+2000. The driver said that he needs to pay the toll gates, etc., We argued that all these charges must be included in the initial Quote and we did not agree to pay them. The driver did not agree to get 50% payment. He wanted 100% upfront. This guy Ethender doesnt pick up our call at all. The driver is the middleman between us and SAHARA. Such a worst company.
We initally agreed to pay 50% during unloading due to a worst experience with PRAGATHI Packers, Bangalore. They delivered the goods to Coimbatore in a lorry with just one driver. What about the promised UNLOADING & UNPACKING?. These people do not deliver what is promised.
Some junior staff of SAHARA spoke to us and asked to pay Rs.8000 and also asked us to pay 50% during delivery and unloading. We agreed to it and we left bangalore. 2 days later we called Ethender and he then asked to pay the remaining 50% and threatened that he will not deliver the goods if we dont pay. We still did not pay for 5 days! But we were tracking all 5 days and one day he said he has sent the goods, the other day he said that the lorry is in Toll gate, and The other day in SALEM etc., But actually it was not sent at all.
We've been complaining to Justdial for so many days because this was the top rated company in Justdial Which is actually not. Ethender spoke very rude to the JustDial rep(as he pays money to get listed there).
After 5 days we sent the payment thru online transfer. 2 days after the transfer, he sent the goods to coimbatore and guess what??? WITH JUST ONE DRIVER !!! This is the only reason why we wanted to give the remaining 50% after delivery !!!
My family members and me unloaded from the lorry and unpacked the goods. The dining table chairs were broken. This is the kind of service that SAHARA transpackers provided.
Beware of these packers!! Especially the guys who move to another City/State!! DONT GET CHEATED!! Was this information helpful? |
