With a explained to me by the representative of and Saicare logistics pvt ltd. That the car will be employed in call center and I will getting income around Rs. 12,000 to 21,000/- The cheque was collected from me in the month june 2008 Hanmotors pvt ltd collected Cheque Rs.1.08.943/- against above ref for Rs.1,08,943/- and the car was employed in month Of August 2008. Upon enquiry I was told the delay of month is due delay in process of documents. Hanmoters pvt ltd is representative of Tata
In the month feb 2009 I issued a legal notice all party and stop monthly loan deduction from my a/c for Rs.7941 and I even tried sell my car to Mr Sukaram J chaudhery (mobile No of Mr Sukhram is : [protected]) on 06/03/09And his address is:-- C/o Manju Om prakash Vaishnav, Hari Om Nagar, Chawl no 3. Room no. 2, 8 , post Gansoli, New Mumbai. On 11/05/2009 I found That the cheque issed by for Rs.50,000/-by Mr Sukharam against purchase of car bounced it was clear that Mr sukharam WHO ACTED THAT He IS PURCHASING THE CAR matter came to light.

Since the police brought point that The car belong to Tata motors Ltd and it was shown as hire purchase hence I requested THAT TATA MOTORS TAKE POSSESSION OF THE CAR. I DO NOT KNOW DRIVING nor I having any benefit Nor did Mr Shekar poojary have any legal contact to use the car . After Repeated legal notice in the month of November 2009 finally Tata moter finance Look possession of the car from Surendra poojari of Saicar logistics pvt Ltd.- vikhroli ( west )
why from august 2008 to November 2010 tata moters and tata moters finance were ignoring by repeated helpless legal notices
From December 2008 to Feb 2010 period I tried to contact the Owner of Sai Car logistics Pvt Ltd
I fear Saicar logistics have used the all kind of illegal atictiites Since is a limited company It cannot hideThe details how it was used. A detailed enquiry by below mentioned Govt dept to prove and reveal the crime behind Hence a investigation is regarding the useage of the car
I am sure Mr Surender poojari is cheated lot of people in the car matter and different scheme of things a enquiry and details will reveal the truth about him and his underworld connection and illegal activitity with help of top leval executive in Tata motor finanace and tata moter dealer of cars.
As per my income I am not even eligible for the loan itself So How did they manage to process the loan on hire purchase
In case the below mentioned investigating govt outhorities are serious and if they able respond in positive way my case will well being of lot of people who trap racket of top executive who take advantage and misuse the large amount people involved similar to me
I will not be silent and I will report my story at levels of dept from time to regarding the crime. O[censored]sing muscular power to use the car. During one year August 2008 to November 2009 I have made believe by the Owner of Sai car Logistics Pvt Ltd But Mr Sheekar poojary talks and proclaim he has underworld connection with gunmen. He also proclaim that he has got Minister leval support. A Simple enquiry of how the car was used will reveal everything about his cheating at all leval.
