[Resolved]  Sai Wheels & Marketing — Big time Cheaters.........

Address: Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra

Mr. Amol

On 17th of November 2010 I had booked a loan of Rs. 475,000/- from HDFC Bank through your channel named Sai Wheels & Marketing (I) Pvt. Ltd. and you had come over as the representative to my house.

At the time of booking this loan you had taken Rs. 2,000/- from me and had given me a booking receipt clearly mentioning that I will have to pay 1 EMI in advance and the remainder of the loan will have to be paid @ 9% p.a. reducing balance fixed rate of interest. The EMI thus came to Rs. 9860/- as is mentioned in the booking slip.

Then, after a few days you came back saying and I quote "Sir, you will have to pay 4 EMI in advance" unquote, thus taking my entire repayment schedule for a toss and also my increasing my effective Rate of Interest increased to an astounding 10.4% !!!

Then again after a few days, you said that we are OK with an EMI of Rs. 9,860 /- and 1 EMI in advance, after earlier stating that it was impossible for you to come back to the terms agreed on 17th November 2010. But your catch was that the car will not be ex-showroom Mumbai from an authorized Mumbai Hyundai dealer as was agreed on 17th November 2010 but from some other dealer from outside Mumbai.

In between all this saga, I called you up at least 20 times asking for the T&C in writing so that we could reach a consensus and stick to the agreed terms. But you just could not give it to me which means that that the loan was never processed at all.

Since you have not been able to comply with the agreement we had in terms of the vehicle i.e. it would ex-showroom Mumbai, I would like you to return Rs. 2,000/- you had taken from me for booking the loan on 17th November 2010. At that time you had mentioned that this was processing charge but since the loan has not at all being availed, I feel it is unjust and sheer graft on your part to hold back this money. Had I cancelled the car or the loan after agreeing to all terms & conditions as discussed on the 17th of November I would not have asked you to return the money.

But since you are unable to keep your word, tip-toeing all the time saying once that loan approval has been such that you'll have to pay 4 EMI in advance, on another occasion saying that your EMI will be Rs. 10,740 /- instead of the agreed Rs. 9,860 /- , and another saying that it will not be possible for us to give Mumbai ex-showroom vehicle on this terms, I would like you to return the money without further delay.

It already has been 2 weeks since this saga started. I would now like you to bring it to a speedy closure by handing over my money immediately so that I do not have to take any further action on the same.

Yours truly

Akash Parakh

The matter has been resolved... I have received Rs. 2000 back from the company
Please never go for this agency. This is full of frauds and cheating . They assured me a car loan for 10.5% and finally when it came to me it was more than 12%. They also deducted 4 advance EMIs which was never mentioned earlier. I was eligible for 50% waiver on processing fees which they never gave me. On top of that they have a highly unresponsive staff, who never answers in time. It is a humble request to all who want to do justice to themselves, please do not go to this agency. If HDFC Bank is listening, please terminate their licence.
Mr.Akash Parakh is a person who after confirming the deal happen to renegotiate ...where he says he is still getting more Benefits & better rates ...freak had enough time to go around even after sealing the deal...the bank rates are subject to no. of days ...he had delayed in parting the much required loan document paper which was given after 12 days ...expecting us to may RBI to hold on the increased PLR...the customer was said clearly as it is he who delayed & has to bear the current rate..either he takes at new rate or take his Rs. 2000/- refund..which was given to him on 04th Dec 2010 duly acknowledge by him..
i was thinkun to buy new car n two days b4 they called me. telling me that we will give car on the shot. but i couldnt belive dem. so i start search abt such company name sai wheels & marketing indian. pvt.ltd. n i found so many complaints. i would like to knw more. what all happen with u n how dey cheated u.
Mr, ag588 is not responding to our email so send to him to know his problem and also who the peson from our side handled his account, he is not our client or he would have promptly disclosed his identity, we want to know when he had applied for approached sai wheels, using filthy language and not disclosing his identity makes us feel suspicious about his creditional..still we awaiting to hear from him...
I totally agree with Mr Akash Parakh and Ag588 ... This company and all its employee are a big time cheat ... I just wish that I had gone through this blog earlier ... Though I have already been cheated by this Co but still I thought of sharing my experience ... I had gone to them only for the finance option and still think that its good I didn't opted for the car as well otherwise it would have been a nightmare for me though my experience with then was not less than a nightmare ... Initially they had offered a Car Loan @ 10.5% (which I guess is a standard quote given to all to attract towards them) along with a processing charge waiver of 100%. They had committed me this things on mail. The sales executive (Sufiya) had committed that if 100% waiver could not be given then they would ateast give 50% or 25% for sure.

Making this false commitment they collected all the documents and Rs 2000 saying that this would be adjusted against the processing fee. When the time came for disbursement all promises and offers made by them faded. Suddenly I got a call from another executive from Sai Wheels stating that the loan can be disbursed BUT the terms and conditions wont remain the same. If I want a loan at 10.5% then the term would be of 50 months instead of 60months otherwise the interest rate would be 11.5% for 60 months. A direct hike of 1%. After arguing with the executive and other people in the company I was forced to go for the option given from their side(because I wanted the . The executive even up-frontly denied paying me Rs 2000 back stating that it will be adjusted against the processing charges wherein I had not signed a single document of HDFC. I was short of time because I wanted a urgent delivery which wouldn't be possible without the loan disbursement otherwise would have taken their case in their office itself

I had personally spoken to Mr Suniel Shukla (Director) on the things happening in his company but all in vain. After reading other feedbacks I understood that they have a common reply that ''what we can do if the RBI hikes the rate'' ... also he would end up blaming that the customer had given the documents late (like in case of Mr Akash) which is not the case atleast with me.

Though I have not shared my experience in detail but would like to share in leisure in case someone is interested. I would suggest to stay away from such kind of DSA’s and always go for authorized agents from any of the banks.
