I stopped an auto(Mh03AK7049) at about 11:30 a.m at Kalina and asked if he would go to Bandra. He looks at me, does not say a thing and looks forward. So I assumed that he is okay and put 1 leg in to sit down. Then without a warning he speeds away, almost knowing me down. So I screamed at him and he stops and says that he is sorry. First of all he has no right to refuse and then if he does not want to go, he should clearly communicate and not just speed away. If it was a senior citizen, thy would have had a bad fall and hurt themselves.
Please check and correct such errant drivers.
