On 13th March 2011 arranged a common meeting of all MICROMAX Vidarbha ASC. These meeting was arranged as all ASC are facing problem to give Service to MICROMAX Customers as well as ASC have some problems which are not being resolved by Maharashtra Service Head. In meeting we all decided that till our Problem are not resolved from Company we will stop MICROMAX Service from our side because we are unable to handle Customer Escalation at our ASC.
