Sama LelTayaran — False transaction and billing

Transaction Detailes: SAR 437.00, 14th Nov 200 Sama LelTayaran-(False transaction)

Please refer to my complaint No[protected],Dtd 15th Nov 2009 and my telephonic discussions held on 15th Nov ragarding the false transaction of SAR 437.00, 14th Nov 2009, at Sama LelTayaran. I am surprised to receive SMS on this transactiuon as I have not made any transaction on the above and I dont know how such things happend without my knowledge when I am holding my card very much with me and not disclosed pin No to any one. I have not made an transaction and hence you are requested to take immediate action to cancell/Stop payment to the said transaction and BLOCK my credit cared as per the complaint No[protected] given by me over phone on 15th Nov 2009. I have already sent Fax message as suggested by your Customer Care representative(Bangalore: Ph[protected]
