so kindly request to u that printed full name on my pan card

Sir/madam,
I resined this company (samtech infonet ltd) dated[protected] but still i dont get my releiving certificate and salary of january month. I have completed all the formalities before resignation. Could you please tell me what can i do agaist this company? I want to file a case in consumer forum.please tell me full procedure about this.

Samtech Infonet Ltd. is the worst ever company i have seen in my entire career. thier MD attitude is such that employee's salary is the last thing he would consider. It is a normal feature with this company that you don't get your salary for a min of 4 months leave apart other dues. One should stand up and arrange to black list this company. And those who leave the company, never gets thier pending salary for entire life.

I don't agree with the comments above said. I had worked with samtech over 8 years and i don't think the company ignores his employee or think always about their bright future and endeavour. Samtech is the best platform for a person who wants to learn ang grow up in his career. Sometimes it could be possible of salary due but, it happens every where even in MNC also.

Pranav is right. Samtech is the worst company to work with. while working with samtech you can consider yourself jobless because samtech don't take tension to pay the salary to his employees.

But harpal the salary problem in MNC is for few months. what do you think about samtech. From how long you have been waiting for salary? do you think samtech will clear all your pending. samtech has no future

I agree with comments above said. that i too have not seen this type of the company. there are always a salary problem when i was a employee of Samtech InfoNet, I don't get salary in time every time the salary comes late. We get it after two months. or yet I have not get my Tax paper. They charge 10.3% of our salary, I first year the company give the Tax paper but, now in Second years TAX paper they did not give to us.

you are right friends...kaminey chor hai... meri 6 monts ki salary kha gaye... main kabhi kisi ko suggest nhi karunga ki samtech join karo isse aacha hoga ki jobless rahoo.because i[censored] will join samtech then u have to pay all tha expensive from ur pocket...

I agree with everyone except Haripal, he is defenitely talking about Samtech prior to year 2002. Even after leaving Samtech during May, 2003, till date I donot have my salary for atleast 6 months. They donot have any respect for their employees - present or past. The management's rationale is apparant:

a. Take work from Employee, delay salary cycle and then stop paying.

b. High performers will efinetely leave for good job with higher salary so the oss is compensated over a period of time.

c. To avoid having any legal proof for not having paid salary, they donot issue Form-16.

Actually the Management at Samtech is "brilliant". Their balance sheet would be showing atleast 30 to 40% less expenses on Cost of revenues compared to competetors, so theeir gross margins will be higher. Thus, they show better profits and get loans from Financial Institutions.

Salary dues to employee of Samtech may be credited to "Management's Benevolent Fund"
