My husband Phoolchand Kadoo who was taking his pension in SBI Rail Toli Branch expired on 31.8.09.His penson order No
PPO No PEN/SER/NGP/1992/B-329/PS/C1995 and his A/C No at SBI ,Rail Toli Branch is [protected].As per PPO I am his legal wife and entiltled for my family pension.I opened my family pension A/C in the Gondia Rail Toli Branch & the A/C No is [protected]. I have already subsmitted the Form No14 along with my husbands death certificate for the paymentof family pension.
