Sandesh Gas Supplier — Demand of extra money for double cylinder

Earlier my supplier was Ratan Enterprises (Consumer number - 78140) but now supplier has been changed and the name of new bharat gas supplier is Sandesh Gas Supplier and new consumer number -1025399, I have registered a request for double cylinder at Ratan Enterprises on 15-Mar-2011 which cost approximate Rs. 1700 – Rs. 1800 and the same told by Bharat gas customer care but the distributor (Sandesh Gas Supplier) is saying, it will cost Rs. 3500 for double cylinder (DBC) and also distributor (Sandesh Gas Supplier) not considering my earlier request (which is registered by me on 15-Mar-2011 with Ratan Enterprises), the distributor (Sandesh Gas Supplier) saying the old number (which is registered by me on 15-Mar-2011 with Ratan Enterprises) is not applicable for double cylinder and also distributor (Sandesh Gas Supplier) saying that if you register a new number for double cylinder then you have to wait for next 2 years but they (Sandesh Gas Supplier) are ready to give me double cylinder immediately at Rs. 3500.

Please let me know what I need to do for the same.
