I have purchased following an advertising on Zee Tv a product called saptarishi sandhi sudha, marketed by "TeleSky Shopping" in UK
They advertise also a local phone no in Israel for placing orders for the a/m product.
This is exactley what I did on Friday, the 2/4/2011 at 9:15 AM hrs.
Following the order confirmation, we have called the after sales service local israeli (*[protected] - this is the number they advertise) for confirming the delivery time - 14 working days.
I have got the confirmation of door delivery in 14 days, but nothing happened since then.
No matter at what time called, the aftersale customer service is never available.
We are approaching 30 days since the order confirmation and I think I am a victim of fraude thanks to ZEE TV adverising.
I think you should be aware that it seems Zee is advertising a scam company, or someone is using their name for the purpose of fraude.
It would be really unpleasant for ZEE to find out they have been involved in advertising a scam.

I'm located in Canada and it took exactly 1 month to arrive shipped from Mumbai.
Extremely satisfied this product, just note that it does take more time to ship then stated on there website.
I called the toll free number on the website and was able to speak with someone with no problems when I needed an updated on shipping times/status anytime I called.
