Dear Sir,
I am thoroughly disappointed with your product distribution/supply system. I wanted to order Sandhi Sudha Plus and called the mobile number mentioned on website Mr. Manish Dubey (Mobile- [protected]) & Mr. Rahul (Mobile- [protected]) in Madhya Pradesh. We have given the ordered cash delivery on urgent basis on 1st August 2012 to Mr. Manish Dubey & Mr. Rahul. But we have not yet received the oil till 8th August 2012. Patient is already very serious so, please look into the matter.

I fully agree with the above complaints. I too placed order on 4th August with AP zone stationed at Hyd to the mobile number mentioned in the website. Till today i.e. 15th August, 2012, the product has not been delivered. I was assured that the product will be delivered on 7th, thereafter on 8th, there after 11th. On 13 when contacted, the person attending my call, simply regretted and promised to call back after due enquiry. But in vain.
