Dear sir,
I have purchased a mobile phone at your shop at tiruppur on 5th june 2013. The copy of invoice is attached.
During the purchase the following assurances were made by the sales personnel at the counter.
1. Interest free emi through hdfc credit card.
2. No processing fee for the purchases made through the above card.
3. Free tata docomo data card with first recharge of rs.295/- only.
4. Theft insurance.
5. Airtel dth - recharge coupon
6. Free gift through sms.
Out of the above i have received sl. No. 4 & 6. I have the following issues with respect to the rest of the assurances.
1. Interest free emi through hdfc credit card.
In contrary to the assurance, hdfc has charged an interest and processing fee for emi for the above credit card. On contacting the hdfc card department, they have assured a follow up from you.
2. Free tata docomo data card.
In contrary to the assurance, sangeetha mobiles tiruppur charged an amount of rs.895/- for the recharge. I have received only rs.300/- as a recharge. The balance of rs.595/- is not known to be or not explained to me.
3. Airtel dth - recharge coupon
Not provided.
Apart from the above, i wish to state that, the sales personnel at the counter are not at all aware about the features of any offer or not competent to prepare a invoice. They have issued a invoice with spelling mistakes which they refused to correct and they issued a letter to that extent.
Please reply as soon as possible.
