I can understand the disappointment of Arun. He says that he was called for interview by the Canadian High Commission and failed in the interview. If one fails in an interview how can you blame the consultant. He may have produced fabricated credentials either for experience or for qualification. It may be possible that his employers might have given a wrong report. In all such cases can you blame the consultant?

I would prefer to agree with Malthymathew. Suppose he failed in the immigration medical examination, can you blame the consultant. A consultantis not responsible for failures in interview.
His complaint says that during interview he got to know that my his application is rejected due to not applying in the proper work category. That may not be correct for 2 reasons:
1. If he has applied for a wrong category he would have been caught during priliminary scrutiny in Ceontral Intake Office in Canada.
2. The person who interviews will not give the result of an interview during interview. The results of interview will be in writing and will be officially communicated to him.

Sorry Arun. Why did you admit that you attended the interview. I[censored]r application receivec a Federal Approval from CIO, that means your categury is correct. If you failed in interview, either your credentials are wrong or they are fabricated. I[censored] have not received any letter from High Commission, it means that your application is still under process.
U have a bad case.

From this simple example you all would have got enough proof how SANTA MONICA consultancy Ernakulam is running their SCAM consultancy to cheat their customers.

And I strongly doubt the the third commenter "Abruvisky" is also someone from SANTA MONICA as he is also registered from India and there is no such name like "Abruvisky" for an Indian. That username is given to cheat us to give us the feeling that he is some one from outside India.

why you need to go to santamonica, when there are over a dozen reg, agents in cochin who do canada migration and only canada alone.where santamonica got another 100's other business'ss out of which this is just one.running the best way out in to tapped and trapped people..who very unlucky think of immigration.

I did processing through Santamonica to Canada for the work permit option.
I invested 4 lakh rupees and waited 17 months patiently, all on a sudden they told the programme is delayed and you can opt student visa thing.
Before starting the processing i asked the stupid councilors about any drawback for the same like anyone went though the same. They told no one, but now i came to know through Facebook that there were other people who have lost money through the same programme who applied before me.
I got CNO and it took 8 months, even it also got delayed as they never gave me transcrypt and employer reference forms which later i found out from CNO and did myself.
The counselors and facility look deceiving and beware of them, make sure you never fall in trap for them.
I know there will be comments coming by seeing this, Let me ask all of you 1 thing, if this thing happened to you what would you have done.
Asking for refund of money is useless they never stand on their words.
They sign agreement paper with you while registration, make sure you study it with the help of you advocate.

Let cheating and making others suffer be you main motto Santamonica, Hats of to you and your mischievous plans..! Keep the same work going on and on. What is the meaning for placing Christ picture in your office if you not abide his path.
Make sure Santamonica is registered to Government of India or not.

1 more thing, , Now they say they cannot assure anything. I tired to contact attorneys there they never responded, Santamonica claims they keep working for them..!

From my experience, Santamonica is a greedy consultancy .They steel money from candidates by hook or by crook.They hide facts and make people fall in trouble.So, it is better to keep ourselves away from them...

i have registered myself in november 2012 ...i have been tryng for cap prgrm in newzlnd through santamonica... please do let me knw if ths is accontable... i have spent almost 4o, 000 nw...n they tld me tht it may cost overall 13-14 lakhs at the end . please tel me if it costs ths mch... consltncy chrge is itslf 7lakhs!

Santamonica had recommended me to do a pgd certificate program at a university in Canada.
when researched in the web, it was known that that firm in canada is not a university, its a small center.
Also the particular firm in canada was barred by the authorities over there for putting fabricated job outlook for their course.

I am planning to migrate to Canada. I am working as I.T. Lecturer and my wife a staff nurse. We both have enough experience in the similar fields. I consulted Santa Monica and they told this time openings are there for lecturers, the fees will be less than 2 lakhs...
From the above mentioned post's first time I am hearing a scam against Santa Monica. Any suggestions from your side please mention..

santa monica cochin, charge more money, they are very greedy...so better go with other agencies in cochin... there is a difference of atleast 15% extra charge when compared to other good agencies like riya consulancy &amp; juby rich cochin...

I have gone to almost all consultants in Kochi and my advice is first identify your need and select only a specialist.Don't believe in big advertisements, number of girls working there and words of stupid counsellors.Try to speak with the main person always and go to at least 3 or 4 different companies.
Some of my suggestions are:
Migration- Polinsys-- well experienced for Canada migration.
Studies- New Zealand - Olive consultants---very good for colleges in NZ.Undoubtedly the best for NZ but they have no programs for other countries.
Europe - Avis Worldwide --- the best for engineering and management programs in Sweden, Italy, Germany etc.well informed with lots of courses and they have no tele callers to bother you.If you get admission from them, visa is almost confirmed.
Nursing- Inscol academy with many unique programs especially in Canada.Very professional office but got only nursing programs.
Australia- IDP, Global --but studies in Australia is very expensive now.
Canada- most popular destination now but they need only quality students-- all the above and Canam are good.
Spot admissions- Chopras, Edwise, IDP
IELTS -- Learning Adventures, Bezalel etc--good coaching
Free education, scholarships, Schengen - Avis Worldwide--their charge is more compared to companies in Delhi but you may study for free.
UK colleges- Edex, E Talk, Student Visa Expert etc--UK was once the most popular destination for students
Universities in UK- Chopras, Edwise, Graduate overseas----but no stay back in UK now.
MBA in Ireland- Global, Avis Worldwide, O' Brien etc--modern programs with a stay back.
France- JIC associates---too many rejections now.
