I am getting your services for last 6 months..My mobile no is +91 [protected](Prepaid customer)...I had incorrect deduction of charges on 01/08/11...for Cricket updates without my consent...I went to your idea center for deactivation of cricket updates & reversal of charges. Several time i call to customer cear for solve the and they are told " this time your Problem solve " But it was not done & i have done the complain 3 times but not action taken by your company
