i have requested for rbt on my bsnl mobile no. [protected] code. 154247 on 20.02.2010 at 2.30 pm and i got confirmation message for deducting the caller tune charges by the company, but still now i.e. 24.02.2010 i have not got the rbt facility.
every time i call the customer care service they say the request is in process for further detail we are transfering ur call to our senior plz hold the line, but after keeping on hold for several minutes they disconnect the line. Was this information helpful? |
RBT — caller activation problem
DEAR SIRI REGISTER MY ACCOUNT IN RBT FOR CALLER TUNES WHICH DEDUCTE MY MONEY ALSO IN INTERNET ONLY.FROM LAST WEEK THEY TOLD ME THAT MY REGISTER IS IN THE PROCESS THOUGH IAM UNABLE TO ACTIVATE THROUGH MOBLIE ALSO.
