Sub : Complaint for Santoshi Gas service
Ref : consumer no. 30957
Dear sir,
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 30957 in the name of Sushila Singh on last month and then again 2 weeks before and then on 19/11/2011 but till today on 23/11/2011 I have not recieved the cylinder yet.
I have been calling to Santoshi Gas service, their phone numbers are[protected],[protected] but their phones are going busy and if they pick up the phone then they always excuses like delivery boy not available or delivery van not functioning. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.
They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me as my parents are out of town and i am working also how to maintain?every month I am facing problem because of LPG Gas
Kindly help me as soon as possible.
