[Resolved]  santoshpur motor training school — cheats/goons

i bought a second hand bike and wanted the bike to be transferred in my name ,so went to santoshpur motor training school they said pay 2600 and will get it done fr u in 2 months.i paid them in june and this is nov still didnt get any doc frm them.when ever i call them they say they will give it today but their today never comes........on one occation i got angry n shouted @them they said do wht ever u want we cnt help u.........pls suggest something to me becoz my vehicels documents r with them which they say have been submitted in motor vehecils ................plzzzzzz suggest as to how i should deal with this case
