Santro Driving School — Amount paid , No service

Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Vandana, I had paid 3000 rs for 10 driving lessons and driving license. I faced following problem throughout my course. 1. Initial 2 classes the trainer came as per the time agreed during the payment ( 7 0 clock mon to fri) 2. From third class onwards The trainer informed me that other new people have joined and I have to take class on sat and sunday 6 am. I resisted, he simply said if you want class you have to come by that time only. I had no options I agreed. 3. Since then things got worse, My one class was for 60 mins, the trainer used to come 15 mins late and used to stop the training by 30 minutes, when I asked time is not completed, he started abusing me. I had to keep quiet. 4. 7 classes later, he said the training is over. I called him up many times, no answer. Finally I went to their school along with my friend, we fought there and he finally agreed to give one more class. 5. All through these 7 classes, the trainer actually taught me how to handle steering wheel. When I asked him please teach me gear changing and clutch, he replied me arrogantly all cannot be taught in one day. Now all done, one month later, my problems are not finished. When I went to take appointment for Driving license, he is demanding 400 rs extra. After all this, I really not wish to pay him any more money. Request you to take some action. Am sure I am not the only one who is facing this problem. And more importantly I wish to inform all this here so that others can know what kind of cheaters they are.
