[Resolved]  Santro XL — Car towing Harassment

This is to bring attention to the mcd commissioner that my car DL3C AQ4369 was parked in front of our office i.e.-Plot no. 223,udyog vihar ,Phase-4 Gurgaon. It got towed in the morning at around 9.30 however many cars were parked in the same lane like mine.I don't know why but they preferred choosing my car.The way they towed the car has ended up with impression of scratches on the lower part of the Bumper.I ran at them shouting that the car was parked in a good manner but they didn't listen to me. I went to the premises of Traffic police of Gurgaon and the behaviour of them towards me was very rash . I was requesting them to rip off the charges as I am not a regular driver to office and I wasn't aware about the parking Area very well. I was also showing them the vehicles which were parked in the same manner as I have parked the car. They insisted me to pay the amount of 200 to Crane People and 100 to Traffic police. Why should I pay the Amount of 200 Rs to Crane service when the total distance is not more than 500 meters away from the office???????? They hardly spent 30 rs on the truck diesel and are asking 200 rs?????? I wanted to ask where the common man stands??? In this way no foreigner will try to buy car in India as they are not aware about the Indian System...The tourism department should acknowledge that no foreigners should drive on the Indian roads???? I want that MCG to should revert the amount to me and also pay me for the scratches on the car....???? The officials of traffic police of Gurgaon should treat everyone equal and tow all the cars parked in the lane,.... I am also enclosing the receipt number paid to them as penalty charges---Towing fees receipt number-27560,Traffic police Challan form Number-086,Book no. 5944.Kindly look into the matter at your earliest convenience.
