[Resolved]  SARJAA RESTAURANT — unmannerly behaviour by your sales executive manager

Dear Sir,
I am running a celebrity restaurant in pune (Aundh) for past 12 years and am an old costumer of Thumsup first and now coca cola.
I get a discount of Rs. 20 on flavor per crate. Every time I get the discount only after 20th of month. When I used to ask why it is delayed, they give me all the possible resaons, any way I was not so bothered about it.
But today it is something very serious. Today is 25th of May 09. One week back the executive of the company has taken a signature on the statement of discount for the month April 09.but still the discount amount is not received by us. Today when I purchased liquid from the delivery van I asked the sales man to deduct the discount amount and take the cash. But he said he is not authorized to do that. Then I said ok then keep the bill pending and talk to your senior and let me know.
Later the senior named Mr. Ameer Sheikh called me and pay the bill now and the discount will come in next bill. But I was little annoyed with this answer because it is already 25th of month. I said I will deduct the amount and pay you. But my surprise your sales executive manager Mr. Ameer said if I don’t pay him the bill he will take back all whatever I have purchased that day.
This is the way the coca cola company treat their old costumers??
And also Mr. Ameer has used all the foul language with me. And also said he doesn’t want costumers like me, being a cash costumer for last 13 years without any complains. I decided to stop purchasing coca cola products till I get a proper answer for my questions.
