[Resolved]  Sathya Jyothi College — Harrasing Students and looting money

Yes this is 100% true
I joined to BCA in 2004 completed in 2008. but still i dont get any certificate.
this is really Fraud & Cheating college.

now what do please help me.

Yes they not only eat students money but also spoiled students life. They appeared in tv9 for PU Scams and for Bangalore University exams scam and a lot. but amazing thing is still people believe them and keep joining.The president went behind bars twice and came back. law could not do anything to them.
we are several students last our 5 years.
But future students

now the management has changed and they are doing well and
one lady name chandrakala she cheted to sathya jyothi college more then fifty lakhs
and now sathya jyothi college has taken legal action against her and now she is upscanding

I am shocked to read the above message of Principal S J College of dated[protected], Dear Friends, there is no Principal post in said college because sathya jyothi college is not a affiliated degree college and not a PU affiliated college ...!

Dear Friends, I have gone through the entire matters I found truth from concerned legal authorities that the Management people( SHANAWAZ, SHAM (ETHESHAM) & S CHAND SHAH) booked false Cheating case on Chethana Mam (Chandrakala Madam) to spoil her reputation, Image, Respect in Education Field and Mam fought till Hon'ble High Court and after prolonged hearings later accepting the B Report by the Hon`ble Judge this case was closed. Thanks God...! I, my friends wish her all the best, good health and good luck and all good future in her life.

I read the message of Devi Rao of dated[protected]. it was 100% true that they appeared in tv9 for PU Scams and for Bangalore University exams scam and president entire family went behind bars twice in Parappana Agrahara Jail and came out on bail Few of the other Cases also still in pending in Criminal Court. By that time there was no money neither in the College Bank A/c nor in Hand. On the request of said family members (including wife of Shanawaz)Chethana Mam (Chandrakala Madam) appointed advocate. arranged finance from her own effort to run the college (because no one is ready to accept college cheques or above family members cheques to sanction Loan after reading news papers publications against the college and president) During that dirty situation Chethana Mam brought the situation to normal making arrangements for finance Paying University Fees and exams for New Batch and all 2004/05 batch Degree Students as well as 2007/08 Pu Students) to avoid closure of sathya jyothi college. college students, students one year life and future of students.Like this above (NAMAK HARAAM) family also survived.

Students, and Management was also happy for her service/administration but Management was unhappy for strict finance Control and always there was a fight from( SHANAWAZ, SHAM (ETHESHAM) & S CHAND SHAH) with mam for sanctioning extra money for their own use.Mam was giving first chance for paying University fees and then for extra expenses. Also I heard that management members offered reward to mam for her good service at their bad time. But nothing is given to mam instead the entire family sacked mam.Because Chethana Mam (Chandrakala Madam) cleared all college problems by early 2011 and now this each management person want to sit on her Respected Chair and want to come out of the responsibility(., rewarding her) Hats off to this family...! for sacking mam who brought up to this college from totally under loss situation to financially good profitable situation after fighting with all that dirty situations nearly 4 years (fighting with police complaint to save college, convincing worried students/their parents/neighbours Universities PU Board etc., She is such a sincere Lady Administrative officer...! She took very thing as a challege...! But I heard that still this ( SHANAWAZ, SHAM (ETHESHAM) & S CHAND SHAH) & family is yet to the settle payments which she borrowed money from her known financiers to pay the University Fees.

I am also a student of 2004/05 batch of sathya jyothi college and till date I did, t get any certificate after writing degree exam conducted by the said college till date. Recently I came to Bangalore on my office Tour & i visited sathya jyothi college, (S J College) Dodda Mavalli Near J C Road, B`lore for my BCA Certificate there was a shocking news that the Management people( SHANAWAZ, SHAM (ETHESHAM) & S CHAND SHAH) man-handled Chethana Mam (Chandrakala Madam) since she refused to leave the College before the Academic Year, s Examinations...! and another reason was mam asked SHAM (ETHESHAM) to raise the original payment receipt for cash payments of Balance Fees collected by him from old batch students without giving receipt while issuing Hall tickets at the time of exam 2010 in Devana Halli Periyar University Exam Center.
Here, I want to tell the another truth. The lady(Chethana Mam (Chandrakala Madam) who was always giving the right suggestion to the worried student`s even though she was very new to that Institution(in the year appx.2007&08) There were every day Clashes between above said Management People and Students2004/05 batch & Parents and many Students complained in Kalasipalyam Police Station. At the same time there was a very big problem in AKSHYAYA COLLEGE, Hennur which was running by said management people( SHANAWAZ, SHAM (ETHESHAM) & S CHAND SHAH) for the same reason and the situation published in daily new papers, later college was closed for the said management people. (earlier I was also a student of Akshyaya college and then transferred to Sathya Jyothi College)

During that dirty situation, Chethana mam convinced us very politely and advised us to join any other Degree in any another University. On who`s immediate suggestion i and few of my friends directly went to Bangalore University & joined BA in 2008 and now we are all passed having BA Degree in our hand and got good job also.But still we have not got our BBA/BCA certificates from Sathya Jyothi College. Thanks to Chethana Mam..! But number of students of our batch are still suffering without degree b`cose still they are awaiting certificate from sathya jyothi college.

I wonder when will this college shut down. Later need to buy that building of that college and make it a public toilet for the people. That will be the best thing to do.

i have finished my II PUC in 2010, but still i haven't got back my 10th original Marks card & original TC. kindly take an action on it & return it as early as possible
