Accept my warm regards to you all. I would like to make you know that for last 15 days I am unable to connect with my broadband internet facility although I complained the concerned deptt twice.
I wonder that, the deptt responded by sending their technician twice but no fruitfull result has been noticed. The technicians provide further dates to us and promise a fruitfull solution, and that's the end of it. I am 65 yrs old and it is troublesome to go to the office to launch the same complain repeatedly.
I will very thankful if my request will be solved soon by your positive effort.
