my awb no [protected] went to old address the customer care is out of reach in hyderabad and the office phone numbers not responding inspite of repeated trials
at last i lodged a complaint in bombay customer care that i need a callback before delivery as my address is changed after trying nearly 10 to 15 calls i came to know the consignment is in balanagar branch hyderabad after trying for 100 to 200 times the executive answered my call and his response is too bad,

satyam — Airtel Worst customer service
Hi,I have taken a new airtel connection-prepaid a month back from indira nagar airtel office now it is barred inspite of producing all the docs.I visted thrice on this issue,but still its been not cleared till date.What a service!!!!!!.Stupids are made to sit in airtel offices.Never opt for Mobile office connection through prepaid it sucks.
