[Resolved]  SBI Credit Card Insurance — Reiumbursement

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to seek your advise in the following matter

My father had a Credit Card with ICICI. He had opted for an Insurance Cover for

1, Any Outstanding Amount in case of demise (less that 1 lakh)

2. Upto 4 lakhs in case of accidental demise

This amount was being added to his card every month. I was not aware of this

My father passed away in October, and i started using his mobile number, I received a call from the SBI customer card about an Outstanding amount on the Credit Card for about 29000 Rs

I told them about the sad demise of my father . They told me the amount due and i told them i will issue them a cheque, which i eventually did

Recently while looking through my father's documents, i found

1. The insurance document

2. Monthly statements

This had all the details of the cover

Please let me know what course of action could i take to get this money back, i.e. the amount of 29000

I have all the relevant details

1. Card statements

2. Insurance details

3. Death Certificate

4. Cheque that i had issued
