I have taken a SBI Insurance Sudarsan Policy (No. [protected]). I have paid 2 yearly premium (ie. Rs.13200/-).
I am a retired employee. I am badly inneed of money for my son's education, so, I have surrender my Policy by
sending prescribed form alongwith Original Policy and address proof and other required papers for settlement. I sent the Policy to
SBI Insurance (20, Pycrofts Garden Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 034, Tamilnadu). They sent back
the form WITHOUT ORIGINAL POLICY and stating that I am not eligible to receive my subscription amount and
quoting that the rule is minimum 3 consecutive installment has not been paid so I am not eligible to get back my own
money. This fact the agent didn't tell when I take the Policy, moreover when I went for a loan the concern agent
forced me to take this Policy (this type of bitter experience had many of my colleagues when they went for their loan).

SBI Insurance — Fraud By SBI Insurance with help of SBI Credit Cards
Dear Sir,One day in October 2006, I received a call from SBI Insurance saying that they have an excellent offer in the form "Protect Plus Insurance". They said I was the lucky caller. They have similarly chosen 5 lucky callers. I was told that if i take the insurance I will receive lot of gifts like a cell phone, one gift voucher of Rs. 5000, etc. They later gave few details of the insurance scheme. This was they convinced me to take the insurance scheme.
By way of this, they deducted full amount of insurance through credit card ([protected]).
Later on, i came to know that there was no agreement on the lucky caller, cell phone, gift voucher. They said it was pure insurance purchase.
This was followed by the more shocking event. I did not even receive the insurance. When enquired, they said somebody has already received the insurance copies with some fictitious sign on it.
For this, neither SBI credit cards nor SBI insurance is ready to take any responsibility.
But I have settled all the amounts arising out of this till date.
This fraud is the biggest fraud i can imagine from a reputed company like SBI.
I want to fight a case against SBI. Please help
