I took loan from SBI Kurukshetra Mini Secretariat branch for Old Car for three year term in 2009. I cleared the loan amount within one year and got the loan clearance certificate from the bank. Now when i applied for New car loan which is at less rate of interest than the previous, Mr. Chopra who is concerned officer for loan cases refused me for the loan. Why? when my salary was low i got the loan @ 15.5% , now since my salary has been increased by Rs.8000 pm, He refused me for loan which is at less rate of interest than previous.
