with due regartds i want say and jugments that my self Bhagwat Prasad Shukla S/O Shri Ram Gulam shukla,village+post-Newari,Distt-Basti-272171,i was take agriculture loane for tractor A/C.No.[protected],Rupees-240000/dated-19 Feb 2003 from SBI,Branch-Munderwa,Distt-Basti,U.P.,branch code-2583,.
according Goverment of india ,agricultural debt waiver and debt relief scheame 2008,my loan has been waiver about Rupees 72000/ and my loan due balance was rupees 98329.78 on dated 30/12/2008
sir,we deposited in my acount Rupees-98329 from 23 Feb 2010 to 21 Dec 2010.and wright now my balance amount in my acount only rupees 00.78/only acourding bank stetments.
sir,i know that on my balance amount,no intrests wil form 30.12/2008 to 30 June 2009,and bank agains extend that no intrests charge on balance aount to 30 june 2010,reference no .RBI/2009-10/401/RPCD.CO.RF.BC.NO.71/07.37.02/2009-10 dated-April 19,2010 and RBI/2009-10/38 RPCD.NO.PLFS.BC.66/05.04.02/2009-10 DATED-April 8,2010 and F.NO.3/9/2008-AC,Govenment of finance,Department of Financial Services(AC Section) Dated 26th March 2010 and MINUTES OF THE 107TH SLBC MEETING HELD ON May 04,2010 AT MUMBAI.
sir but bank charged intrests on my balance amount from 30.12.2008 .bank issued me notice rupees-47668/
