I have problem to log in my personal banking. when i log in its display kit number doesn't match. one and half year already i am mailing to my branch manager regarding this problem until now nothing improve in this case. Two times bank issued personal banking kit but both not working.

instapay problem
Sir I had made a transaction of Rs 49 using sbt internet banking for recharging my prepaid mobile phone having no [protected] (instapay service) on 9 june 2014 (Ref no IGV3330011). i have not got the recharge till date.
