I don't know if I should trust the information I recieved the other day regarding a winning numbers that is stateted that I won a lump sum of money. John Anderson states in the most recent email he sent me today that a Mailing, Insurance and Vat? has to be paid by the winner? that's nuts I've never heard of charging the winner a large amount of money for recieveing any winnings. I think this is a fraud that they planed very strategicly! I found the website of one of the transport shippment carriers but the actuall office is not listed on the carriers website. I think I caught them in there tracks. I don't need insurance. The amount of theft by parcel is very little and I'm not going to had over money I don't have. Them that scam hear me loud and clear not everybody has hundreds of dollars to give towards anything. I'm on social security disability and not taken this lie that has been presented to me!!! I it was a real prize winnings for me I'm pretty sure you would'nt be charging me for delivery. The company that gives the winnings would have a contract with carriers and it would be pre-paid in advance for easy dilivery to the lottery winners. Why don't you scamers get a real job instead of a getting peoples hopes up with this bull lie!!! Here is the name of the carrier. Is there such thing as this specific location. Does not look right to me...Scarlet Courier LTD
